We are accepting patients of all ages to our family practice.
Book an appointment with Nurse Practitioner Cara to discuss a medical concern. She can diagnose, write prescriptions, referrals, order blood work and other tests. Contact us to become a patient. We require you to sign up in person to complete forms and verify your health card.
